NL B2B: 9 % added under Wet OB 1968 Tabel I a.30 (digital publications). EU non-NL B2B with valid VIES BTW-ID: reverse charge ("BTW verlegd"). EU non-NL B2B without VIES validation: destination-country rate via OSS. Non-EU: out of scope at v1.

Refund per AV v1.2 and the cancellation policy (see /legal/withdrawal-right/). The standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to immediate-supply digital content where you have given express consent at checkout (Directive 2011/83/EU, article 16(m)). Annual commitment otherwise per terms.

DSA is next. No committed date. Existing subscribers get access automatically when it ships at no extra cost — new editions expand what is covered, they do not raise the bill.
